How long will it take to get my order?

Please check the tracking of your order to find your estimated delivery.

How do it change my delivery date?

If you want to delay your delivery date you can contact the carrier to schedule a new date. You must contact your carrier prior to your delivery date. Any update made to an order on delivery day will have attempt fees applied and must be paid before delivery date. If you're rescheduling delivery 14 days past original delivery, then storage charges will apply.

I ordered more than one thing and they didn't arrive together? Where are they?

Don’t worry everything’s fine! We ship from multiple wherehouses in different locations so that’s likely what’s up! If you go to your account and check your order you’ll find individual tracking for your items.

What if my package comes damaged/defective?

If your order arrives damaged please contact info@moonscrib.com with your order number and proof of damages, once confirmed we will provide you a free return of your item.

I need the change my order is that possible?

You may cancel or change your order anytime before it ships, please call us or email info@moonscrib.com

Will I pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged based on the zip code you ship it to. We do not collect sales tax on Alaska, Delaware, New Hampshire, Montana, and Oregon.

Do you offer customization?

Customization is not available at this time.
